He is associate professor at Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti, Department of Business Administration and PhD mentor in economics at Bucharest University of Economics Studies, Romania. . He holds a PhD in Economics from the National Institute of Economics Research – Romanian Academy of Sciences. He has earned a BA degree in Administrative Sciences (2005) and in Banks and Finances (2007) from the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti. He has an MA degree in Economics, Administrative and Business Management (2007) earned at the same university.
Jean Andrei is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Sustainable Economies Management (USA), Associate Editor of Economics of Agriculture (Ekonomika poljoprivrede) published by Institute of Agricultural Economics (Serbia), scientific reviewer for International Business Information Management Association Conferences – IBIMA. He is also member of scientific organizations: The Balkan Scientific Association of Agrarian Economists, Serbia (December 2008). Issues like: agricultural and resources economics, business administration, and valuing economic and human potential are among his research and scientific interests, where he has published articles (over 50), scientific books (9), and numerous conferences presentations.
Energy resources and economics group coordinator - PhD Dorel Dusmanescu
He is full professor at Department for Cybernetics, Economic Informatics, Accountancy and Finance of Faculty of Economic Sciences from Petroleum & Gas University of Ploiesti. He holds a PhD in Automation grated by Petroleum & Gas University of Ploiesti in 2001, and a PhD in Economics at National Institute of Economic Research, Romanian Academy of Sciences. Also, he has a MA in Management at Petroleum & Gas University of Ploiesti (2009). He took his BS the in petroleum engineering at Faculty for Petroleum and Petrochemical Installations from Petroleum & Gas University of Ploiesti in 1989. He is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Sustainable Economies Management (USA), associate editor for Economic Insight-Trends and Challenges, journal edited and published by Petroleum & Gas University, member of editorial board of Database Systems Journal, published by ASE Bucharest and executive editor of Economics of Agriculture, journal published in Serbia, scientific reviewer for International Business Information Management Association Conferences –IBIMA and the World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society (WSEAS). His main area of expertise include databases, computer programming, business information systems and economical systems modeling, where he published books (7), journal articles (over 40) and conferences presentations.

Since 2015 he is the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University.
He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Business Administration/Organizational Development obtained at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He specialized “New Institutional Economics: at the University of Economics in Vienna, Austria and in 2009 he accomplished a scientific specialization within the Ph.D. programme “Organization and Culture” at the University of Economics, Law and Social Sciences in St. Gallen, Switzerland. In 2009 Sedlarski obtained his Ph.D. in Economics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Since 2005 Teodor Sedlarski has been working at the Economics Department within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He is a lecturer in the following subjects: economic theories, labour economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics.
He acts as co-chairman of the French-German Centre for Applied Research in Economics and Management at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and head of the Centre for Economic Theories and Policies at Sofia University. On 27.01.2017 Teodor Sedlarski was appointed as the caretaker Minister of Economy by decree of the President Rumen Radev.

Ph.D. Biljana Petrevska
Dr. Drago Cvijanovic is Dean Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnjacka Banja, University of Kragujevac, Serbia. He has over 30 years of working experience, during which he worked in a number of scientific-research institutions, companies and public administration. He started his career as teaching assistant-trainee at the Faculty of Agriculture in Zemun. Next he worked as an investment manager in ZZ "Source" Zagubica. In 1987 he worked in the SOUR PIK "Pozarevac" on development, investments and plan operations. After that he moved to the Institute of Mechanization of the Agriculture and worked at the position of the Director of the Science Department. Upon the merger of the Institute of Mechanization of the Agriculture and the Institute for Corn "Zemun Polje" he transfer in the Marketing Department. During parts of the 1996 and 1997 he worked as marketing director of RO "Dahlia" Zemun - Beograd. From 1997 to 2000 he worked as an Advisor for International Cooperation at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. As from 1st of June 2000 he is permanently employed at the Institute of Agricultural Economics, where he was at the position of the Director of the Institute. As author or co-author, he has published over 300 bibliography units (including 23 monographs), which are quoted in local and foreign professional literature. He was engaged in scientific research work on many projects (over 44), acting as project manager, technical coordinator and member of research teams, both in country and abroad. He is a member of the Balkan Environmental Association (B.EN.A.); member of Chairmanship of the Balkan Scientific Association of Agricultural Economists (BSCAAE); member of the Administrative Board of the Belgrade Association of Agro-Engineers and Technicians; member of the board of Agriculture and Food Industry Association of the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce.
Ph.D. Biljana Petrevska is associate professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Business Logistics, Goce Delcev University – Stip, Macedonia, as of 2010. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, Sts. Cyril and Methodius University – Skopje, Macedonia, and Msc. in International Tourism from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality – Ohrid, St. Clement Ohridski University – Bitola, Macedonia. Besides teaching at graduate studies, she also teaches at postgraduate studies. Furthermore, Petrevska is an author/coauthor of many papers published in international journals, books and book chapters. She also serves as editor/reviewer in several international journals, lecturer and guest speaker at international summer schools, and participates in several national and international projects. Her main field of interest include: Economics of Tourism, Tourism Policy and Development, and Tourism Promotion.

Ignacio de Los Ríos Carmenado has expertise in Agricultural Engineering, PhD on Rural Development. Certified Full Professor of Project Management, at the Technic University of Madrid specialized, School of Agricultural, Food and Biosystems Engineering. Certified Project Manager (International Project Management, IPMA). Since 2015 been appointed as Full Professor (Engineering Projects) by the by the National Quality Assessment and Accreditation Agency of Spain (ANECA). Director of GESPLAN (Planning of Projects for Rural Development and Sustainable Development) Research Group. Director of the Chair-Enterprise UPM Food Banks and member of the Steering Committee three other Chairs-Enterprise in the (Polytechnic University of Madrid) School of Agricultural, Food and Biosystems Engineering. Team Leader of Educational Innovation Group GIE-Project. Quality Director of O.C.D.P (Project Management Certifying Agency) of the Spanish Association of Project Magagement Engineering. Since 2009 he worked as Assessor International Project Management Association, the Association of Project Management. Since 1996 he worked as a Professor in the Department of Rural Planning and Projects (Technic University of Madrid). In June 2002 he was appointed as Director of the Innovation Unit for Sustainable Rural Development (links two research public entities, National Institute of Agricultural and Food Research and a Madrilenian Institute of Agricultural and Food Research, as well as several departments of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, UPM). He is author of several publications: 48 books and book chapters, and 35 articles in scientific journals. He has participated in 101 International Congresses; highlight the continued and active participation, since 1995, in the International Congress on Project Engineering and Management. Director of 19 PhD. National Price for his PhD Doctoral Thesis, 1998 (Official School of Agricultural Engineering) and his research activity has been awarded three international awards. He won the Educational Innovation Award for his contributions to the innovative education in the UPM. He has been Team Leader (main researcher) of 122 research projects and 19 transfers of knowledge and technology (1 patent and two registers of software).
Agricultural and Rural Economics group coordinator - PhD Zeljko Vasko
PhD Zeljko Vasko, associate professor at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina). At the same time, he is the head of Institute of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development at the faculty. He has twenty years of experience in higher education in teaching and scientific-research work. He teaches several subjects in the field of planning and programming economic development, farm management, project management and rural finance. Author or co-author 10 books or book chapters, and 80 articles in scientific journals or proceedings from scientific conferences. He was a leader or member of project teams in the realization of thirty scientific-research, development or professional, national or international projects. Experienced in the implementation of agricultural and rural development projects financed by IFAD, World Bank, and other donors (former director of Agricultural Project Coordination Unit at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska, 2001-2008). For years (2011-2015), he managed the regional unit of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina. From time to time also performs consulting activities for international development organizations and national institutions within BiH. Together with colleagues from the institute, advising the authorities in the preparation of several strategic and programming documents in the field of agriculture and rural development in the last decade within the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
